Core Technology: Circulating thermal oil for precise temperature control
Thermal oil serves as the heat transfer medium. The oil is heated by an external electric oil furnace and delivered to the flow channels inside the laminator heating plates via a high-temperature oil pump, enabling uniform heating of the plates. Cooled oil flows back to the furnace for reheating to form a closed circulation system. It supports rapid temperature rise and effectively reduces damage to laminating materials and IC chips.
Application Scope
The equipment is suitable for softening and curing composite materials such as PVC, PETG, PC, PLA, RPVC and Teslin. It delivers stable and reliable laminating solutions for manufacturers of smart cards, RFID electronic tags and special identification documents.
